pineapple a day takes your fat away......

nyahahaha
im on my first few days of my new diet,

eating pineapple at least once a day.


this is my first move on my journey towards losing weight..

it's quite hard to control what i eat, but it's ok.
because soon, my effort will surely payoff..

wow!!! go, te!!! you can surely do it.

it just takes discipline and self-control. but dieting does not mean starving yourself. it's just eating the right amount of the right stuff at the right time...

maybe you can try the Morning Banana diet. heheh. it's a craze in japan.
